Stowe Free Library Minutes of Board of Trustees Meeting September 11, 2020   Present: D.Witmer, C.Maison Kastner, D.Johannesen, C.Lusk, S.Gaines, K.Spear, K.Kaufman, C.Weber (Director) Absent: None Approval of Minutes: Stand as read. Friends’ Report: The Friends will hold a meeting in October or November to discuss budgeting and the programs that are on the schedule. Treasurer’s Report: At the end of August the Operating Account contained $32,235 and the Development Account contained $28,961. The Endowment Fund was at $1,064,134. Moisture Meter Now Available for Loan

The Vermont DEC’s Air Quality & Climate Division (AQCD) in partnership with the Department of Libraries launched a moisture meter loan project at 48 public libraries across the state in the fall of 2020.
