Eating Local: a year-long series

A partnership between the Stowe Free Library, area farmers, and the Lamoille County Natural Resources Conservation District

 

Saturday, May 24, 10am to 2:30pm

Visit the Kaiser Family Farm

Join the District and the Stowe Free Library on a farm tour to include milking goats, sheep, pigs and chickens. This tour does require pre-registration at 253-6145. Space is limited.

Tuesday, June 10, 7 to 8:30pm

Environmental impacts - farming and water quality

Join the Lamoille County Natural Resources Conservation District to explore ways in which farmers seek to protect our environment and our water while providing access to local products.
