Teen Movie Night

Summer Teen Movie Nights will begin on Tuesday, July 7, at 5 pm with the showing of a movie about a high school senior who gets rejected by all the colleges he has applied to. In order to avoid the disappointment of his parents, he creates a phony college, puts it on the web, and "gets in". Only trouble is, other kids see the phony college on the web and they apply as well. This hilarious movie from 2006 has high viewer ratings and stars Justin Long, Jonah Hill, and Adam Herschman and is produced by the studio that created American Pie. Rated PG-13.

Maddie's book recommendations

One of the most recent books that I've read is a book called "Before I Die" By: Jenny Downham. This is a book about a young girl Tessa who is struggling with a disease called leukemia, she knows that she is going to die and that it wont take long until she's lost her life, so she decides that she is going to create a bucket list that will determine what she will do before she dies.
