We are working with a recent computer upgrade with our library system. There are always glitches. You may see fines on your account. Be assured that we will wipe out any fines on your account up until January 3rd. The only fines we will be charging will be on DVDs and they start with DVDs checked out on January 3rd. If your DVD is due on January 10th and you bring it back late, you will be charged a $1.00 a day overdue charge.

We now have audio books available on MP3 CD's.  They are quite compact, requiring only one or two discs for an entire book.  You must have an MP3 compatible CD player to listen.

Where Poems Come From - A Workshop Saturday, Nov. 12th

Poet Julia Shipley will conduct a one day workshop on writing poetry. The focus is on kindling new ways to create poems.  Participants will experiment with five different writing exercises.  Whether you've just published your ninth volume or never written a poem at all, join Julia for a stimulating four hours of creativity.
