Stowe Free Library

We are always working on ways to keep our patrons up to date with what is happening at the Stowe Free Library. We've recently added two new ways:

 

Email newsletter. We have skipped right over sending you a paper newsletter in the mail, and gone straight to email newsletters. We are planning on sending newsletters, certainly no more than once a week, covering our newest materials, upcoming events, library news, and the work of the Friends of Stowe Free Library. Each of these are available separately, so look over to the left, input your email address, and sign up for only the newsletters you would like!

We're on Facebook! Maybe you're over that whole email thing, and keep in touch with what's happening using Facebook. Click on the image to the left to see our Facebook Page, and, if you are a Facebook user, please consider becoming a Fan of our Page. We post information about our events on our Facebook Page, and send over the RSS feed from our web site,you to find out about new materials, news, and articles or links of interest.

 

We also encourage you to post photos of the Library, and let us know how we're doing by posting on our Wall.

 

Thanks to our Teen Advisory Board for getting the Stowe Free Library started on Facebook. 

 

We continue to ensure that our events are automatically updated on our web site, and our events calendars are available as publicly viewable Google Calendars -- you can import them into your calendar software or program (or your own Google Calendar!).

 

Those of you using a feed reader, be sure to take a look at our available feeds on our RSS Feeds page. You can pick and choose which news you would like to keep up with -- it's a great way to quickly see what's new.
