The Benefits of Grass-Fed Beef with John Clark of Applecheek Farm
Join us at The Green Goddess Café in Stowe’s Lower Village for a program on how to feed your family locally – hear from John Clark of Applecheek Farm about the benefits of grass-fed beef, and get suggestions from Laura Biron, Registered Dietician, of Living Better Nutrition on how to prepare some of the bounty at the local farm stand.
A hearty snack will be prepared and served to tide you over until your own dinner – come prepared to try the foods both presenters are speaking about!
